The 4th Annual Civilian Armoured Vehicle (CAV) Forum

4rd Annual Program

Highlights from this Year's Program

The 4th Annual Civilian Armoured Vehicle (CAV) Forum held in Geneva 21-24 October 2025 brought together technical specialists, fleet managers, procurement professionals, and operational decision-makers from across the humanitarian, diplomatic, and security sectors to address the most pressing challenges facing civilian armoured vehicle fleets today.

Across three days of presentations, panel discussions, and live demonstrations, industry experts examined the full lifecycle of civilian armoured vehicles — from standards, specification, and production, through to training, fleet management, and through-life support. A key highlight of the Forum was the live fire demonstration, which included both ballistic and blast attacks on a civilian armoured vehicle, providing delegates with a rare, first-hand view of vehicle response, protection systems, and real-world performance under attack.

The Forum combined technical depth with operational insight, encouraging open discussion and the sharing of lessons learned from the field. Delegate engagement and cross-sector dialogue reinforced the importance of independent technical oversight, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making in managing these critical and high-value assets.
