As part of the 4th Annual CAV Forum, Dorian gave a detailed explanation and practical demonstration of a well-structured Program Management approach that can significantly
improve the coordination and management of civilian armoured vehicles leading to real cost savings and improved fleet performance.
Key aspects include integrated planning and coordination across all stakeholders and primary operational areas such as procurement, through life support, training and disposal,
lifecycle management and data driven performance efficiencies.
Dorian Serfontein, Director of Fennek Group, is a former army officer and consultant with significant experience in end-to-end capability management for large fleets with global significance. He will outline the key aspects of how a well thought out and implemented program management approach can be utilised by NGOs and governments so as vastly improve the effectiveness, efficiency and costs involved in operating civilian armoured vehicles
